We restricted the building rotation, since we are expertise in designing energy efficient building, so no need to harvest energy by rotating the building towards sun path.
The Geo thermal energy is harvesting from the ground through concrete piles and it distributed through guide columns on the building side.
The utility connections like septic tank, water tank, sump will be placed at the basement inside th float, we have 3m thickness for the float.
Food production like aqua phonics, hydro phonics are allowed in every building.
Micro living appartments are allowed in the space.
All the floors will be designed as radiant heat flooring.
Walls are designed as ‘ wooden prefabricated remote walls’.
There is no mechanical equipments are used to rise or fall of building levels. the float levels and containment vessel levels are designed to meet natural fall and rise of the building level.
